Hi, I'm Claire! Whether you're stepping into your first role after graduation or pivoting into something entirely new, I know firsthand how exciting (and overwhelming) that process can be. I've spent 5+ years working at the intersection of recruiting, advising, and career development.

As a member of University of Chicago’s Career Advancement team, I coach students interested in tech careers and build relationships with employers in the industry looking to hire UChicago talent. As a career adviser, I work with 165+ students through 1:1 sessions and workshops, and our students have achieved a 95%+ summer learning experiences.

Previously at LinkedIn, I managed full-cycle recruiting for intern and entry-level roles across product and business teams. I worked closely with hiring managers, reviewed thousands of resumes, and conducted hundreds of interviews, gaining invaluable insight into what makes candidates stand out.

This recruiter’s lens is something I bring directly into my coaching work. Over the past 3+ years, I’ve helped 45+ clients from various industries and experience levels navigate job search and career pivots. My areas of expertise include: career exploration, application material review, job search and networking strategies, and interview prep. I’m especially passionate about helping clients build networking strategies that feel genuinely authentic to them.

Outside of work, I love traveling (my favorite cities are San Diego, Amsterdam, and Paris), trying new coffee shops, exploring neighborhoods around Chicago, reading, and running along the lake.
